To register and maintain an active account on 4c444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times. Failure to meet or maintain any condition may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under applicable law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

• You must hold only one account on the Platform. If you already hold an active 4c444 account, you must not register a second account.

📝Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money play on 4c444, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. You may not use a pseudonym, fictitious name, or another person's identity at any stage of registration or verification.

💳Deposits and Withdrawals

4c444 supports local Bangladeshi payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as international card payments via Visa and Mastercard, and bank transfers to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited and will be returned where possible.

5. Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system vulnerabilities in a way that results in credits, winnings, or gameplay advantages that would not arise under normal operating conditions.
6. Threatening, abusing, harassing, or using offensive language toward 4c444 staff or other players through any communication channel including live chat, email, or in-game messaging.

4c444 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 4c444 takes reasonable technical precautions but cannot guarantee continuous availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

• Any loss arising from technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues affecting a player's ability to place or settle a bet.
• Any loss arising from the player's own decision to gamble, including decisions made under the influence of any substance or in breach of responsible gaming commitments.
• Any loss arising from delays in processing withdrawals where such delays result from incomplete KYC documentation or payment provider processing times outside 4c444's control.
• Any indirect or consequential loss of any kind arising from reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or editorial content.

🚫Suspension and Termination

4c444 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the gaming environment; or (d) the player is subject to a self-exclusion order.

If your account is closed by 4c444 due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any account balance remaining after deduction of voided bonus winnings and any amounts subject to an active dispute may be returned to you via your registered payment method at 4c444's sole discretion. Where account closure results from confirmed fraud or money laundering, no funds will be returned and the matter may be referred to law enforcement authorities.
